In this second tape on "wooden dummy " drills , Master Randy Williams concentrates on straight punch drills, the advanced "huan da" progression, slow attacks and various "lop sao" cycles, including the "fon sao" switch, the "chang dai jyeung" switch, the "biu sao" switch, etc. Randy then goes into "look sao" combinations, invisible kicks, sticky foot combinations and the 8 kicks dummy drill. All are clearly shown in slow motion as well as at regular speed. Also included is the "iron palm" sandbag training sequence and its applications.
