Master Chen Shengyu comes from an important lineage within the sphere of the Chen style of Tai Chi given that his Master, Hong Junsheng, of the eighteenth generation, was in turn a direct student of the famous Master Chen Fake. In his first instructional video, Sifu Shengyu shows us the Chen form, the oldest of the Tai Chi styles, with all the secrets of its application to combat.
