Title: LYN GAR SELF DEFENSE

Sifu Vincent Lyn, Martial Artist, actor, musician, and model, shows us in this second project some of the secrets of the old family system of combat, Ling-Gar, of which he is the 23rd generation heir. Structured on six simple steps, Master Lyn teaches us this effective system of self-defense, which we will be able to apply against the most diverse kinds of attacks. We will familiarize ourselves with the surprise element and how to break the adversary's rhythm and we will learn the combinations of strikes with fist, elbow, knee and kicks, Chin-Na, holds and dislocations, as well as gripping and throwing techniques. A self-defense system as easy as it is complete and effective.
